FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for coatings on implants of various titanium alloys for trauma and orthopedic, neurosurgical, maxillofacial and dental operations. Method involves preparation of a saturated solution of synthetic bioactive calcium-phosphate mineral complex (SBCPMC) in 5–33 % orthophosphoric acid, containing calcium-phosphate base and an additional component, containing magnesium, binder with content of 5–25 wt% by weight over 100 %, fluorine as microelement and boron as ultra-microelement, at the following molar ratio: Ca:P:Mg:F:B = 1.67:1.0:1.2×10-2:1.1×10-4:1.0×10-6,and galvanic application of coating on said implant, immersed in a saturated solution SBCPMC, at voltage 80–400 V, pulse frequency 50–150 Hz, current density 0.2–1.0 A/mm2, processing time 5–60 min, pulse time 50–300 mcs, pH of electrolyte 6.5–8 and electrolyte temperature 5–85 °C, note here that after said treatment coated implant is washed with distilled water, dried at temperature 25–165 °C and annealed at temperature of 900–1,300 °C from 4 to 8 hours with formation of crystalline and/or coral structure of the coating with thickness up to 150 mcm.
EFFECT: technical result: increasing of implant osteointegration.
