FIELD: blasting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive objects. Explosion-proof rupture building enclosure structure comprises reinforced concrete panels with the size of 6,000 × 1,800 mm. Panel consists of a rupture and a non-rupture parts. Non-rupture part is composed of bearing ribs arranged along the outline of the rupture part. Rupture part is composed of at least two coaxial recesses in the building wall, one of which, the external one, is formed by planes of right quadrangular truncated pyramid with a rectangular base, and the one - internal recess - is composed by two inclined planes connected by a rib to make a slot. Wall thickness from the rib to the outer surface of the building enclosure is not less than δ= 20 mm. Opposite the rupture part, on the outer side of the building enclosure there is a protective shield made from a material with high strength, for example, an armoured material, which is fixed on at least three horizontally located and perpendicular to the building enclosure support rods, at the ends of which discs are fixed. Herewith on the discs arranged on the left side of the support rods there are elastic damping and fast-rupture elements, and discs fixed on the rods at the right side are immured into the non-rupture part of the building enclosure. Discs located at the left side of the support rods are thrusted against elastic elements underpinning the protecting shield to the building enclosure, and to the discs located on the left side of the support rods are series attached the elastic damping and fast-rupture single-acting elements. Fast-rupture element is made, for example, in the form of a bushing enclosing a support rod and made of a laminated glass or porcelain, or ceramics, or a combined material, and the elastic damping elements to damp the effect of the shock wave are made in the form of bushings from an elastomer, for example polyurethane, or a spring filled with polyurethane.

EFFECT: technical result is improvement of reliability of rupture explosion-proof devices at an emergency explosion within the object.
