FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly, to normal and pathological anatomy, zoological and embryology. For restoring previously fixed and embalmed anatomic preparations is used 1–10 % solution of sodium benzoate.
EFFECT: method allows to improve quality, information value and appearance of the anatomic preparations due to partial recovery of their natural colour, consistency and dimensions, and also increases the service life of preparations, simplification and cheaper process of restoration, elimination of factors of occupational hazards for personnel of anatomical and pathoanatomical laboratories.
