Next, the drug is completely immersed in a container with a 10% formalin solution for 72 h, after which the drug is removed from the container and the excess moisture is removed with a napkin. Upon completion of preservation, freezing is carried out at a temperature of -15°C for 24 h. The frozen product is sawn on a band saw machine, the resulting cut-offs are immersed for permanent storage in a container with a 10% formalin solution.
