FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for control over power modules thermal state, included in voltage and frequency static converters for different purposes. Converter power modules thermal conditions control device is equipped with two units of rectifying and maximum voltage selecting, adding and differential amplifiers, modules with greatest and smallest heating temperature numbers indication units, average temperature indicators, greatest and smallest temperatures and temperature difference between them, as well as two comparators. Rectifying and maximum voltage selecting units are made on operating rectifiers with diode-resistive feedbacks. Modules with the greatest and smallest heating temperatures numbers Indication units are made on transistor keys with light emitting diodes in collector circuits. Device provides comprehensive monitoring of voltage and frequency converter power modules thermal state, facilitates troubleshooting, is characterized by small dimensions, weight and cost.
EFFECT: technical result is automation of most and least heated modules detecting, reduced hardware costs, higher reliability and efficiency, as well as high device informativeness.
