FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for making female elements for individual bioactive implants and artificial organs. For producing three-dimensional female elements used is a machine consisting of a control system, a three-dimensional coordinate system for a syringe dispenser displacements and a working reservoir. Control software of the control system is loaded with a digital three-dimensional model of the female element. Solution of polylactoglycolide in tetraethylene glycol is stirred at the temperature of 20–60 °C for at least 3 hours. Solution is then injected in layers first onto the bottom of the working reservoir with a liquid. Every next layer is applied on the surface of the three-dimensional female element being formed by moving the syringe dispenser while forming each layer in horizontal directions. Syringe dispenser every time before forming the next layer is lifted at a height equal to the thickness of a separate layer. Speed of the syringe dispenser displacement in the horizontal directions is selected of 3–7 mm/sec. When the forming is complete the three-dimensional female element is maintained for 2–3 hours in the liquid for final fixation, then dried in the air at room temperature.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain not having cytotoxicity three-dimensional female elements of a given structure and shape on the basis of their digital three-dimensional models.
