METHOD OF PRODUCING COMPOSITE 3D FRAME FOR REPLACEMENT OF BONE-CARTILAGE DEFECTS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61L27/12 A61L27/20 A61L27/46 A61L27/52 A61L27/56 A61F2/28

Abstract RU 2606041 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents method of producing composite 3D frame for replacement of bone-cartilage defects involving preparation of fluid hydrogel containing sodium alginate and calcium phosphate excipient, application of hydrogel on platform, forming three-dimensional frame with fixed structure. Three-dimensional frame formed by 3D injection printing with application of hydrogel in layers with fixing structure on platform, stepwise cooled from -5±1 °C to -30±1 °C depending on number of applied layers, wherein temperature in printing layer is -5±1 °C. Liquid hydrogel contains, wt% in terms of dry weight of hydrogel: sodium alginate – 40–90; filler – 10–60. Three-dimensional frame has high plasticity of polymer and in combination with preset architecture and porosity makes it possible to fill bone-cartilage defects of various shape and size.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining 3D frame by 3D injection printing.
