SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technologies. Base station receives information of timer of implicit release of resources, sent by control base station, so that base station releases or not releases, according to information of timer of implicit release of resources common E-DCH resource, occupied by terminal. Base station does not release or releases no more only according to scheduling information SI, value of which is equal to 0, common E-DCH resource, occupied by terminal. So, terminal must not compete again, if data are provided, which must be sent, in order to obtain common E-DCH resource.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of delay, when sending data.
