FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: thermal power plants. A method for operation of a combined-cycle unit of a power plant is proposed , according to which atmospheric air is supplied to the inlet air duct of the turbocharger of a gas turbine plant and demineralized water is injected through nozzles connected to the water distribution manifold, the resulting water-air mixture is fed into the turbocharger, where, in the process of compressing the water-air mixture, water is evaporated and a steam-air mixture is formed, the steam-air mixture and organic fuel are fed into the combustion chamber of the gas turbine plant, in the combustion chamber the combustion of organic fuel is carried out with the formation of a gas-vapor mixture heated to a high temperature, the resulting gas-vapor mixture is sent to the gas turbine, the work of the gas turbine cycle is performed in the gas turbine, which is expended in driving the turbocharger and of the power generator, the gas-steam mixture exhausted in the gas turbine is fed to the waste-heat boiler, where water vapor is generated in the process of cooling the gas-steam mixture, the water vapor is fed to the steam turbine, and the gas-steam mixture is removed to the waste gas heat exchanger, in the steam turbine the process of expansion of the water steam and the useful work of the steam-power cycle is performed, expended in driving an electric generator, the steam exhausted in the steam turbine is removed to the condenser, where in the process of heat exchange with circulating water, water vapor is condensed, in the waste heat exchanger the gas-vapor mixture is cooled below the dew point with condensation of part of the water vapor contained in the gas-vapor mixture, demineralized water released during the condensation of water vapor from the gas-vapor mixture sent through a condensate collector with a hydraulic seal to a reservoir tank, from which it is pumped through a pressure water supply pipe made of stainless steel into the inlet air duct of the turbocharger of a gas turbine plant, heated in the condenser and into the heat exchanger-utilizer, the circulating water is fed through the circulation pump through the discharge pressure pipeline to the exhaust tower of the cooling tower, where the circulating water is cooled by atmospheric air in the process of heat and mass transfer in direct contact with it and flows into the catchment basin, the exhaust gases after the heat exchanger-utilizer are discharged into the atmosphere, natural gas is used as organic fuel, while continuous monitoring is carried out and maintained at a given level in accordance with the operating mode of the combined-cycle unit of the power plant, the flow rate of demineralized water supplied from the tank-reservoir by a pump through a pressure water pipe made of stainless steel to the inlet air duct of the turbocharger of the gas turbine plant in the amount of 0.01–0.015 kg per 1 kg of air supplied to the turbocharger, by means of a demineralized water flow controller connected to the air flow sensor in the turbocharger of the gas turbine plant and the regulating body installed on the pressure water pipeline made of stainless steel in front of the pump for supplying demineralized water to the inlet air duct of the turbocharger gas turbine plant.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the combined cycle unit of a power plant.
