SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods, user equipment and base radio station in communication network. Absence of downlink coverage is detected based on measurements, made on common channel or by combination of common and dedicated channels. Then, absence of coverage is communicated to network, or using resources, proactively assigned to user equipment, or by transmitting of signatures sequences predefined template assigned to user equipment.
EFFECT: technical result consists in transmitted data amount reduction.
