SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. User equipment (UE) is configured to transmit a message of the IDC indicator with the same content, as in a previously transmitted message of the IDC indicator if or when the UE handovers servicing to the target cell.
EFFECT: technical result is providing the possibility of indicating electromagnetic compatibility inside the device (IDC) if necessary, regardless of the IDC indicator inhibit timer, which guarantees obtaining correct IDC information by the target node (eNB).
