SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Indication of speed of UE in radio communication system is received at network node of radio communication system. Radio communication system handover parameters are analysed using indication of movement speed. System parameters are controlled using analysis results.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing handover UE (user equipment) differently depending on UE mobility, providing lower costs and more stable handover.
