FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for direct instrument determination of concentration of impurities of elements in solid and liquid substances with calibration using a standard additive method. A condensate of a mixture of sample vapour and a standard additive on a mobile probe is used to detect the analytical signal.
EFFECT: wider range of determined concentrations, increased reliability, accuracy and efficiency of analysis.
