FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: controlled antiglare scattering filter contains liquid crystal films, on surfaces of which systems of electrodes are applied. With potential varying said electrodes form cylindrical lenses, which change their focal distance and provide scattering. Said electrodes are also made in form of narrow mesh electrodes, or in form of wide electrodes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in design of effective anti-glare filter with minimum losses and adapted to glaring radiation sources.
