Device comprises shaft, lead through axial opening; bearings installed inside axial opening and made with possibility to receive and retain shaft for rotation in axial opening; and one or more increased pressure chambers located in casing longitudinally, wherein each chamber comprises elongated tubular channel passing longitudinally along casing length, wherein each chamber is made with possibility to deflect in response to fluid pressure increase and longitudinal bending force application to casing, wherein longitudinal bending force application causes corresponding shaft deviation through its contact with bearings.
EFFECT: enabled increased well drilling rate, improved control over drilling path side section angle and direction.
