FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment of air conditioning and can be used for creation of comfortable microclimate conditions in production rooms, in particular as local air additional moistening systems. This is achieved by fact, that automatic air additional moistening system, consisting of air nozzles, networks of pipelines serving for supply of water and compressed air to them, and air nozzles operation control unit, additionally includes valve, which chamber is separated from discharge line by rubberized fabric membrane, and liquid passes through filtering washer, wherein with coil switching on control valve rises, and pressure over membrane falls, and valve opens, wherein nozzle is made pneumatic and comprises housing with supply of sprayed liquid and gas, jet-guiding device and sprayer, body is made in form of an inverted cup, in bottom of which there threaded hole is made for attachment of axially symmetric to body, central cylindrical insert with central axial channel of jet directing device for supply of sprayed liquid, and in body side surface, perpendicular to its axis, at least, one hole for air (gas) under pressure supply is made, which is connected to annular chamber, formed by central cylindrical insert outer surface and housing inner surface, and to housing inner side surface, in its lower part, jet-guiding device cylindrical sleeve is fixed for gas supply under pressure to sprayer by means of annular gap, formed by central cylindrical insert outer surface and sleeve inner surface, wherein annular gap is connected to annular chamber, and to central cylindrical insert sprayer is coaxially fixed, made in form of conical flared end, in lower part of which, perpendicular to its axis, end round plate is rigidly fixed with, at least, three conical throttling holes with apex angle of cone, lying in range from 45 to 90°, wherein on funnel side surface, at least, two rows of cylindrical orifices are made with axes, lying in planes perpendicular to funnel axis, and in each row, at least, three holes are made, jet-guiding device for air supply under pressure to sprayer is made helical, and formed by annular helical clearance, formed by central cylindrical insert outer surface and sleeve internal surface, on which helical grooves are made, wherein helical gap is connected to annular chamber, wherein inner surface of cylindrical throttling holes with axes, lying in planes perpendicular to funnel axis, is made helical.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in water pneumatic spraying process efficiency and reliability.
