SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preservation of blood. Blood preservation system and its components comprise xenon permeable package for blood or its components and device, which has chamber formed by casing to accommodate package; detachable cover forming tight seal with casing; inlet, which comprises check valve; pressure indicator; xenon gas source connected via liquid medium with said inlet. Wherein said gas source is configured to supply xenon gas into said chamber in hermetically sealed package inside said chamber to cause penetration of xenon into package and saturation of blood or its components with xenon.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve conditions of storage of biological liquid medium in gas medium under pressure.
