FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of natural gas and, in particular, to real-time monitoring of water and sand carry-over from well in automated process control systems (APCS) of oil and gas condensate deposits of far North. Method for real-time monitoring involves measurement of flow rate, gas pressure and temperature at wellhead with concurrent monitoring of actual pressure in real time and gas temperature in end of gas line, through which gas is supplied to input of gas processing plant (GPP); use of current values of controlled parameters for calculation of rated value of gas pressure in end of gas line in real time using APCS; comparison of dynamics of its variation in time with dynamics of change of actual gas pressure in end of gas line. Beginning of sand and water carry-over process from well is determined as per difference in behaviour of design and actual pressures. APCS additionally includes a database (DB), in which are regularly input results of regular gas dynamic tests of wells for each "well-gas-collecting train (GCS)" circuit, data on specific features of each well and each GCS, as well as control algorithms based on production models of presenting knowledge of operators and diagnostics of circuit. Upon observing removal of water and sand with extracted product, supplied from any well, APCS selects appropriate data on circuit of said well and automatically generates a control solution for elimination of emergency situation in "well-GCS" circuit with simultaneous generation of corresponding message on operator's panel.
EFFECT: technical result consists in effective control of operating mode of "well-GCS" circuit, including entire gas field.
