FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices. Cartridge for introduction of sensor into individual's body for analyte monitoring comprises sterile capsule, sensor, placed inside sterile capsule, and sensor connector in initial state, connected to sensor in initial state with possibility to pass from initial state to installation state. Inlet needle is used for introduction of sensor in individual's body and is located inside sterile capsule. Sensor is located inside inlet needle. Sensor assembly is intended for fixation of sensor connector in installation state and has adhesive surface for attachment to outer surface of individual's body, it is configured to receive sensor connector in installation state and forms bottom part of sterile capsule. Inlet mechanism is designed to actuate inlet needle, move sensor connector from initial state to installation state and remove inlet needle, after that sensor remains in body of subject, and sensor connector remains in fixed state.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of material consumption due to using one introduction device and reducing number of packaging materials.
