FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser equipment. Laser comprises tray with optical resonator limited at its opposite ends with diamond window and optical element, wherein diamond window and optical element are installed in appropriate ring holders made of material with high heat conducting properties and comprising cooling agent circulation channels, and seal arranged between appropriate mirrors and circular rims. Wherein diamond window is made in combined single process with central part facing maximum radial load made of monocrystalline diamond and peripheral area of polycrystalline diamond.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing maximum power of generated radiation, while reducing its divergence.
