FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and concerns method of dental whitening. Method involves step (i) of application of effective amount of oral care composition, containing bleaching agent, and providing possibility of this composition remaining on teeth for 45–90 seconds. Then stage (ii) of tooth brushing with same composition. Wherein bleaching agent is hydrogen peroxide in complex with polyvinyl pyrrolidone and concentration of said bleaching agent in composition is equivalent to 0.1–5 % of hydrogen peroxide. Besides, composition contains abrasive substance with calcium.
EFFECT: method provides improvement of dental whitening.
