FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and represents implanted device for tissue defect recovery, comprising: element for restoration of tissue with plurality of open pores, element has opposite first and second sides; first polymer film with open pores, first film is installed on first element side; and second polymer film with open pores, second polymer film is installed on second element side. Pores of first film do not overlap with pores of second film, pore size is 0.5–7 mm. Invention also consists in method of tissue defect recovery and in combination for tissue defect recovery.
EFFECT: fast saturation of device with solution of active substance and retention of solution in device, prevention of adhesion, when using device as anti-adhesion barrier.
