FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: adhesive structure comprises a planar surface with two sides and protrusions with bases in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds having pyramidal tips directed from at least one of the said sides, where the faces of the said protrusions with bases in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds are notched and where the said protrusions are formed from the polymer processed in the melt, and the bases of these protrusions in the form of rectangular parallelepipeds are substantially square in the horizontal cross section and have a width of about 1 to 500 mcm. The method of surgical intervention involves introduction of an implant containing an adhesive structure into the surgical field of a patient, approaching the operating field edges and pressing of this adhesive structure against the operating field.
