FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: bioabsorbable expanding implantable device for nasal valve comprises elongated core plate flange element and element of elongated plates for fibrogenesis. Element of elongated core plate has first and second opposite sides, which have outer surface, plate element with opposite ends, outer periphery and multiple holes passing through plate. Flange element passes at least around part of periphery of core plates to form a cavity over outer surface of each lateral side. Element of elongated plates for fibrogenesis has first and second opposite sides, which have outer surfaces, and multiple holes passing through said element for germination. Element of plate is installed on germination element core plate by at least partial insertion element for sprouting in a cavity on one side element core plate.
EFFECT: invention provides increased space between upper lateral cartilages of nose without using long-term material from foreign matters in order to achieve stable reduction of upper lateral cartilages to provide improved support structures in patients exposed to plastic or reconstructive surgery on nose with fibrogenesis and ultimate reduction of risk of long-term complications.
