SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device, method, data storage device and telecommunication network for detection of data structures in data stream. Device implements determined terminal automatic device and has conditions transition register, sign position determining device to determine for each data symbol register each state transition conditions corresponding to code sign in alphabet according to symbols encoding scheme, conditions transition register updating device so that it will contain alphabet characters signs codes ranges in accordance with symbols encoding scheme for data symbols with corresponding characters serial positions in transitions, initiated by data symbol into same target state, range determining device to determine, whether data stream data symbol is in alphabet characters symbols codes range in accordance with conditions transition updated register encoding scheme and for determining target state corresponding to it, and initiation device for initiation of conditions transition from initial state into certain target state for detection of said data structure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility to detect data structures in data stream.
