EFFECT: invention allows to produce high concentration of DNA fragment, carrying full sequence of ompA/motB, coding highly immunogenic surface protein OmpA/MotB of causative agent of melioidosis, which allows to perform in future its cloning in expressing vector for purpose of accumulation of recombinant antigen.
