EFFECT: invention allows to produce high concentration of DNA fragment, carrying complete sequence of gene, coding highly immunogenic membrane protein TTSS HrcV of causative agent of melioidosis, which allows to perform in future its cloning in expressing vector for purpose of accumulation of recombinant antigen.
