Proposed is a method for backup video comprising the following steps: a camera device receives an setup instructions from a mobile terminal and sets the recording parameter according to the received setup instructions; the camera device records a video file; a local router receives the setup instructions from the mobile terminal, sets storage parameters according to the received setup instructions and receives the video file recorded by the camera device via a connection; the local router copies the received video file locally.

EFFECT: technical result is providing improved storage space, that is convenient for fast search and browsing files, and the stored video file has higher security of providing backup video onto the local router.
