SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and reproductive biology. Invention represents a method of regeneration of plants of Bobovnik anagyroid in vitro, including preliminary processing of dry seeds, surface sterilization and cultivation in nutrient medium for sprouting, characterised by that as the preliminary treatment of seeds of Bobovnik anagyroid filled with hot water at a temperature of 90–100 °C and left for 20–30 minutes before the cooling water, surface sterilization is carried out, by placing seeds in 1 % aqueous solution of synthetic detergent for 15 minutes under continuous stirring conditions, and then washing with running water for 15–20 minutes, culturing is carried out for 3–4 weeks, then evolved seedings are planted in cups with soil substrate and placed into garden frame for 4–6 weeks for adaptation to non-sterile conditions, where nutrient medium comprises mineral salts and vitamins at MS, 20 g/l sucrose, 7 g/l agar, additionally contains 2.2 μM BAP, as feed medium selected medium WPM with addition of 2.2 μM BAP.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce labor intensity and duration of the process of planting material, as well as simplify the process of planting material.
