FIELD: calculating; counting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for determining location information of a transaction device. Transaction data uploaded by a terminal is obtained, when electronic payment via a transaction is made by the terminal displaying a unique digital object identifier, and a transaction device scanning the displayed unique digital object identifier and transmitting payment information associated with the unique digital object identifier to the server to complete the transaction, wherein the transaction data is associated with the transaction. Transaction device identifier and transaction address information also included in the transaction data are determined, wherein the transaction device identifier comprises the identifier of the transaction device itself, and wherein the transaction address information comprises information of a location of the terminal at the same time as the transaction. Information of a location of the terminal is determined and stored as a location of the transaction device corresponding to the transaction device identifier.

EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of obtaining information on a location of the transaction device.
