Abstract RU 2608740 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition which is impregnated by an amine component and an amine-free polar additive and which is suitable in catalytic hydrogen processing of hydrocarbons, a method of producing said composition. Composition contains substrate material, which is loaded with an active metal precursor, an amine component and amine-free polar additive. Metal element is a metal selected from metals of Groups of 6, 9 and 10 of IUPAC periodic table, as well as phosphorus, wherein metal of Group 6 is selected from chromium, molybdenum and tungsten, and metal of Groups 9 and 10 is selected from cobalt and nickel. Amine component is selected from a group of compounds, consisting of ether amine compounds, alkyl or alkenyl amine compounds and amine oxide compounds, wherein ether amine compounds are selected from compounds having a flash temperature of at least 80 °C and molecular weight more than 160; alkyl or alkenyl amine compounds are selected from compounds having molecular weight ranging from 100 to 320; and amine oxide compounds are selected from compounds having 8 to 40 carbon atoms. Said amine-free polar additive is selected from dimethyl formamide and N-formylmorpholine. Weight ratio of said amine-free polar additive to said amine compound ranges from 0.25:1 to 6:1. Method of preparing composition includes: feeding metal-containing solution into substrate material, to provide substrate material comprising a metal included therein, and introducing both amine component, and amine-free polar additive to said substrate material comprising metal included therein.

EFFECT: use of amine compound in combination with an amine-free polar additive provides high catalytic activity in process of dehydrosulphurisation or hydrodenitrogenation of hydrocarbon material.
