FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for the hydrotreatment of a hydrocarbon feedstock containing nitrogen compounds in an amount greater than 250 ppmv and having a weighted average boiling point above 380 °C, comprising the following steps: a) contacting, in the presence of hydrogen, said hydrocarbon feedstock with at least one first catalyst, comprising an amorphous alumina-based support, phosphorus and an active phase formed from at least one Group VIB metal in the form of an oxide and at least one group VIII metal in the form of an oxide, said first catalyst being produced by a method comprising at least one firing step, b) contacting, in the presence of hydrogen, the stream obtained in step a) with at least one second catalyst comprising an amorphous alumina-based support, phosphorus, an active phase formed from at least one Group VIB metal and at least one Group VIII metal, and at least one organic compound containing oxygen and/or nitrogen, wherein said second catalyst is produced by a method comprising the following steps: i) contacting the substrate with at least one Group VIB metal compound, at least one Group VIII metal compound, phosphorus and at least one organic compound, containing oxygen and/or nitrogen, to obtain a catalyst precursor, ii) drying said catalyst precursor obtained in step i) at a temperature below 200 °C, without subsequent firing, to obtain a hydrotreated stream. Invention also relates to methods for hydrocracking or catalytic cracking in a fluidized bed using the hydrotreating step of the invention. Efficient method will make it possible to obtain a desulphurised and denitrogenated vacuum distillate.
EFFECT: method is particularly suitable for the hydrotreatment of raw materials with high nitrogen content.
