Method of making spreader or plugger includes stages, at which in stem-like frame are formed working section and its convergent end and section of connection. Connection part has at least one concave section and/or convex part, which is obtained during one cutting process. Plastic is injected to cover connection part together with at least one concave section and/or convex part for making handle. Tool for compaction of filling material of tooth root canal in form of spreader or plugger contains plastic handle on metal stem-like frame. Frame comprises working section with tip for insertion into root canal and section of connection, which is immersed in thickness of handle. Section of connection comes to end of wide side of working section and has at least one concave section and/or convex part.

EFFECT: tool for processing of tooth root canal and method of its production are disclosed.
