FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for correction of position of teeth relative to temporomandibular joints with due allowance for preset user version of registered or structural bite. Device comprises base module configured with possibility of passing at least at one side part of occlusion jaw and intermaxillary support and having cavity for teeth, which can act on teeth with pressure forces required for displacement of teeth. Base module comprises spatially specified in accordance with given conditions by user jaw support, and this jaw support is formed by bite units and/or interceptors, which include cavity filled with filler material of specified elasticity. Device allows combining biomechanical properties of used orthodontic groups devices in new device and therapeutic general strategy.

EFFECT: invention enables during active execution of movements of teeth corresponding size, targeted jaw support on each other to occlusal contacts (respectively assigned specified conditions by user) and replacement of elements providing occlusion support.
