FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in making forged workpieces of turbine blades from hard-to-deform heat-resistant nickel alloy. Method comprises preliminary and final forging of heated workpiece. Workpiece is heated to forging temperature before each forging. After every forging workpiece is cooled in a lined closed box-type vacuum flask. Finally forged workpiece is cut off and heat treated by austenitising and ageing.
EFFECT: result is possibility of maximum reduction or prevention of formation of cracks in prepared workpieces of blades and improving stability of their mechanical properties.
