FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to methods for obtaining articles from high-strength, deformable nickel alloys, and can be used in the aviation industry as a method for producing gas turbine engine (GTE) disk blanks. Method for producing a product from a heat-resistant nickel alloy comprises obtaining a compacted blank by pressing the initial preform in the form of an ingot or a compacted powder preform, heating the pressed blank in air and then punching it in one or more transitions in air in die blocks heated to the blank heating temperature and annealing after punching. Prior to pressing, homogenization annealing of the initial preform at a temperature above solution temperature γ'-phases (Tsγ'). Prior to stamping, annealing of the resulting compact is carried out at a temperature below Tsγ', before each heating, before the stamping, a protective coating is applied to the workpiece and heated in air to a temperature of 1,030 to 1,150 °C. Stamping in air is carried out with a variable strain rate of the workpiece from 0.02 to 0.1 s-1 in the stamp.
EFFECT: punching force is reduced due to the effect of superplasticity; provides a stable structure in complex profile stamping and stable mechanical properties.
