SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, data processing for special applications and can be used in resources distribution control processes in cloud computing environments. Said result is achieved due to application of information resources distribution control system. System includes computer facilities for model generation of using and redistribution of resources in cloud computing environments in computing cloud (CC). System includes series-connected initial resources allocation unit, CC hosts operation dynamic parameters prediction unit and unit of resources dynamic redistribution between CC instances, wherein unit of initial resource allocation to executable instance is made in form of computer, implementing best adequate host selecting algorithm for instance accommodating in CC based on hierarchies analysis, CC hosts operation dynamic parameters prediction unit is made in form of computer implementing load analyzing and predicting algorithm.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of information resources use and redistribution efficiency.
