FIELD: methods of explosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosion protection of process equipment. This is achieved by using a monitoring system with the processing of the received information in the method for determining the efficiency of explosion protection with the emergency notification system (ES). In the test box, a mock-up of an explosive object is installed, and video cameras are installed along its internal and external perimeters, outputs from which through the inner cavity of spacers are connected to the unit through which the recording and recording of the process of changing the technological parameters in the layout are performed, after that, a recorded system of analyzers of the recorded oscillograms of the proceeding processes is recorded by changing the technological parameters in the model of the explosive object. In the ceiling part of the model one makes an aperture closed by an explosion-proof element installed freely on three elastic pins, wherein one end of every pin is rigidly fixed in the model ceiling, while on the second end one fixes a horizontal bar. Between the explosive fragment and the opening, a three-axis pressure sensor is installed in the explosion-proof design, the output of which is connected to the input of the recording and recording equipment unit, and temperature and humidity sensors are located on both sides of the pressure sensor, the outputs of which are also connected to the input of the recording and recording equipment unit. Inner and outer surfaces of the model enclosures are glued with strain sensors, outputs of which are also connected to the input of the recording and registering equipment. After processing the obtained experimental data, an information database on the development of the emergency is formed in the event of an accident at an explosive object. Tests begin with an explosive fragmentation element, which is smaller in TNT equivalent, compared with the subsequent ones, and additional video surveillance cameras are installed, and conduct an additional assessment of the effectiveness of the explosion-proof design of explosive fragmentation elements, and determine by computer simulation the extent of the ES in explosions at the objects for the storage of explosive fragmentation elements. On the elements of a weak link in the emergency security system, for example an explosion-proof element, on the supporting rods of which bushings of a rapidly disintegrating material, for example glass, such as triplex, are installed, an emergency warning system is installed, in this case, between the metal frame with the armored metal skin and the upper part of the cover of the explosive object at the opening intended for dropping the excess pressure, fix a safety indicator that performs the functions of a weak link in the safety system of an explosive object reacting to an emergency situation, which is performed in the form of a sensor responsive to deformation.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of process equipment protection against explosions by increasing the efficiency and reliability of bursting elements’ response.
