FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: method is to use a monitoring system to the processing of information received. In the test cell, the layout of explosive object is set. The change of process parameters in the layout explosive object is recorded. An opening, which is covered with explosion-proof element set for loose fit on three elastic pins, is made in the ceiling of module. Triaxial pressure sensor is set between the explosive fragmentation element and the opening. After processing of the experimental data, the information base for the development of an emergency information is formed. The tests start with explosive fragmentation element, which is smaller in TNT equivalent. Between a metal frame with an armoured metal shell and an upper part covering the explosive, object from the opening is fixed security indicator, which operate as a sensor that responds to deformation.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the protection of technological equipment from explosions by increasing the speed and reliability of operation of discontinuous elements.
