SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. System comprises plate for bone and screw for bone. Bone plate is equipped with through hole, extending from upper surface of bone plate to its bottom surface, placed in direction of bone. In through hole edge is made, which protrudes from curved surface of through hole and passes in circumferential direction of through hole. Bone screw has thread on head, which is intended for changing shape of edges, including ledge shape in through hole by displacement of material to make threaded joint. Edge has ledge between curved surface of through hole and edge central area, this projection extends along edge. Projection gradient is larger than gradient in central area of edges, and edge passes in axial direction by no more than 80 %.

EFFECT: invention provides high flexibility during operation.
