FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. System consists of bone plate and bone screw. Bone plate has through hole passing from top side to bottom side of bone plate facing. In through hole edge is made. Said edge extends from side surface of through hole and extends in circle around through hole. Said edge passes along part of circle of through hole. Side surface has no edge at part of circle opposite to edge. Said part of circle makes at least 120°. Screw head is equipped with thread for deformation of edges in through hole in order to form threaded connection.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced risk of complications.
