FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing powdered iron and manganese compounds, well soluble in water, used as fertiliser in agriculture. Disclosed method of producing powdered water-soluble amine complexes of diiron(III) tris(oxyethylidenediphosphonate) Fe2(H2L)3⋅mAm⋅nH2O, iron(III) tris(oxyethylidenediphosphonate) Fe(H3L)3⋅kAm⋅nH2O, manganese(II) oxyethylidenediphosphonate MnH2L⋅qAm⋅nH2O, manganese(II) bis(oxyethylidenediphosphonate) Mn(H3L)2⋅pAm⋅nH2O, where L is an anion of oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid (HO)2(O)PC(CH3)(OH)P(O)(OH)2, includes mixing an aqueous suspension of partially soluble tetrahydrate if diiron(III) tris(oxyethylidenediphosphonate) Fe2(H2L)3⋅4H2O, or tetrahydrate of iron(III) tris(oxyethylidenediphosphonate) Fe(H3L)3⋅4H2O, or dihydrate of manganese(II) oxyethylidenediphosphonate MnH2L⋅4H2O, or tetrahydrate of manganese(II) bis(oxyethylidenediphosphonate) Mn(H3L)2⋅4H2O with addition of a solubility promoter (amine – Am) until complete dissolution of suspension and formation of a homogeneous solution, filtering solution, evaporation, drying solid product at atmospheric pressure on air at temperature of 95–110 °C and milling obtained dry mass, characterised by that solubility promoter used is an organic amine, selected from monoethanolamine, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, 2,2'-(ethylenedioxy)bis(ethylamine), where m=5, 6, n=0, 2, 4, k=6, p=3, q=1, 2, wherein amine is added to suspension of partially soluble complex at beginning of process.
EFFECT: novel method which enables to obtain powdered iron and manganese compounds, forming stable aqueous solutions in conditions of sign-variable temperatures.
