FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine. Apparatus for stimulating scar-minimizing healing of a wound in its locus, where negative pressure wound therapy is applied (NPWT), comprises a contact layer and a pervious layer. Contact layer contains silicone and open area in an amount and ratio, sufficient to inhibit formation of scar tissue using NPWT in the locus of the wound. Layer open area contacting the wound includes a number of through holes. Through holes are approximately 20 % or less than the total area of the wound contact layer. Pervious layer is made with a possibility to transmit negative pressure to the wound locus. Said pervious layer is made with a possibility of maintaining an air channel in the open state to the wound locus during application of negative pressure wound therapy.
EFFECT: invention provides the stimulation, which minimizes scarring of the wound healing.
