SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Occluder for closing passage in circulation system comprises at least one occluding component to close passage and expansion unit. Expansion unit comprises at least one retainer to fix occluding component inside passage. At least part of expansion unit is able to form retainer at its expansion, thus providing deployment of occluding component. Retainer blocks expansion unit in its unfolded state. Expansion unit has first and second ends, first of which is attached to first element of retainer, and second one is attached to second element of retainer. First and second elements of retainer are made with possibility of locking interaction with each other during unfolding of occluding component. Casing coversat least part of expansion unit.

EFFECT: design of said occluder prevents penetration of any of its part in human or animal body and thus promotes occluder overgrowth with body tissue.
