SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Occluder for occluding a passage in a circulatory system comprises at least one occluding body (4, 5) for occluding the passage, elongated components (1), locking assembly (2, 3) and locking sleeves (10), wherein said multiple of elongate members (1) form an expanding unit capable of expanding into at least one fixation structure for fixing occluding body (4, 5) within the passage thereby expanding occluding body (4, 5), said elongate members (1) penetrating at least one occluding body (4, 5), locking unit (2, 3) for locking the expanding unit in its expanded state, fixation bushes (10) for restricting movement of elongate members (1) relative to at least one occluding body (4, 5). Each fixation bush surrounds one elongate member (1) and abuts one occluding body (4, 5) or one of the occluding bodies (4, 5). Occluder comprises at least one thread (11, 12), wherein at least one of said fixation bushes (10) is fastened to at least one occluding body (4, 5) with this at least one thread. Said at least one thread (11, 12) penetrates bush (10) and occluding body (4, 5).

EFFECT: higher safety of the occluder.
