FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: triangulation method of measurement for deviations of an object and determination of its spatial orientation comprises a stage when a radiation source which generates a light spot on the object surface in the form of two intersecting lines of light due to illumination of the object investigated by flash exposure in the form of two orthogonal light sheets. The amount of deviation of the object is determined by the deflection of the light lines crossing center on the received image, and the spatial orientation of the object is determined basing on the values of two pitch angles of the light lines on the received image.
EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy of the object deviations.
