SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in mobile communication systems. For this purpose, invention discloses method of aperiodic sounding reference symbol launching, base station and user equipment. Method comprises stages, at which by user equipment resource is not released, used to transmit aperiodic sounding reference symbol, configured by base station for user equipment, if user equipment is desynchronizing or user equipment fails to transmit scheduling request to base station; executing random access procedure by user equipment; and transmitting by user equipment aperiodic probing reference symbol on unrelieved resource used for transmitting of aperiodic sounding reference symbol, configured by base station for user equipment, according to indication information, issued by base station for directing user equipment to transmit aperiodic probing reference symbol, if random access was successful.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of transmitting information quality.
