SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in wireless communication systems. The method involves stages at which a resource used for transmission of an aperiodic sounding reference symbol and configured by a basic station for user equipment is not released by means of user equipment if user equipment is desynchronised or user equipment is not able to transmit a planning request to the basic station; an arbitrary access procedure is performed by means of user equipment and the aperiodic sounding reference symbol is transmitted by means of user equipment on the non-released resource used for transmission of the aperiodic sounding reference symbol and configured by the basic station for user equipment according to the instruction information output by the basic station to instruct the user equipment to transmit the aperiodic sounding reference symbol if arbitrary access is successful.
