FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: multichannel high-pressure regulator comprises a body element with longitudinal channels and with ball valves in each. Corks of the ball valves are located in the seats and are connected to the spindles. The body element consists of two half-shells interconnected by a central bolt. Conjugate axis of longitudinal channels form between them an obtuse angle, and the angle of their side are inclined towards the central axis. In the zone of channels conjunction, the cavities are formed. These cavities are placed in the seats, which cover the ball plug. The plug has a diametric through-hole, in which the interchangeable throttle is placed. In one of the half-shells at an angle to the axis of mentioned through-hole, the spindle is mounted, coaxially to which, on the opposite side of the tube, in the other half-shell it's support is placed. The axis of the through-hole in the tube and the spindle axis are located in the same longitudinal center plane at an angle to each other with the possibility of combining the throttle holes with longitudinal holes in the half-shells in the open position and the ball valve with the possibility of combining with the hole axis of the throttle hole with the safety-designed plug. The latter is placed in the other half-shell and is adapted to reset the pressure from the cavity between the seats when changing the throttle when the spindle is rotated by 180°.

EFFECT: ensuring the continuity of the working fluid flow in the process of replacing the throttles.
