FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be used for control of the technical state of oil and gas wells. The method comprises registering along the borehole of electromagnetic field amplitude at low frequencies, caused by vibration of the liquid flow in the borehole annulus of the casing string with the permanent magnetization. According to the presence of abnormalities, certain intervals are determined in the behind-the-casing flows of the reservoir fluid. In this case, signals of electromagnetic flaw detection are additionally recorded, and for anomalies of increased magnetization, intervals borders are defined of the behind-the-casing flows of the reservoir fluid and corrosion zones outside of the casing strings.

EFFECT: invention provides simultaneous identification of casing flows and corrosion zones outside the casing strings in the production wells, increasing the reliability of wells technical state evaluation.
